John A. Leach, 70. Fayetteville died April 7 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born March 24, 1908, in Nash, Okla., he was the son of Harry S. and Jennie Mae Coburn Leach. He was a retired security guard and member of Hindsville. Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Trilby V. Leach of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Verla Jean Joe of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Jackie Hall of Ohio; three brothers, William Leach of Fayetteville and Van and Hershel Leach of Witchita, Kan.; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Parr of Billings, Mont., Mrs. Martha Cooksey of Exeter, Neb., and Mrs. Mable Ann Hatfield of Palo Alto, Calif.; one grandson.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Nelson Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill McDowell officiating. Burial will be in Tharp Cemetery under direction of Nelson's.
