Mrs. Lucy Lane
Funeral services were conducted at Colbaugh at 2:30 p. m. Sunday for Mrs. Lucy Lane, 62, life long resident of that community who passed away at her home north of Hindsville early Sunday. Rev. Elmer Kawson of near Best conducted the service. Interment was made in the Colbaugh cemetary. She is survived by her husband, Joe Lane, four daughters, Mrs. Mable Dunaghey, Huntsville; Mrs. Newt Cook, Hartwell; Mrs. Jim Wade and Mrs. Mary Gosvnor of Hindsville and four sons, Jim, Robert, Sammie and Albert, all of near Hindsville.
She had been a member of the Free Will Baptist church at Colbaugh for a number of years.

JOSEPH LANE
Joseph Lane, age 80 years, died March 10 at the home of his son Sammie of near Hindsville, in the Colbaugh community where he had resided the past 41 years. Funeral services were onducted by Elder Elmer Lawson and Elder W.M. Oxford, and interment was made in the Colbaugh cemetery.
Mr. Lane is survived by the following children: James and Albert Lane of Best, Mrs. Annie Cook of Huntsville, Rt. 1, Mrs. Mabel Donaghey of Elkins and the son first mentioned; also by 48 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. He was a member of the Freewill Baptist church about 40 years.
The children wish to express their grateful thanks to everyone who gave them assistance during their father's illness and death.
