"Will Ballard passed away at his home Feb 3, at 4:00 of congestion. He was sick 3 short days when the Lord sent an angel and took him home to rest. He leaves a wife, 4 sons, 4 sisters, 2 brothers and many friends and relatives to mourn his death. It was so hard to give him up; he was a friend to all but the Lord knew best. He was laid to rest in Sharon cem by the side of his little daughter, who passed away many years ago. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev W R McEwen. [poem] Maggie Willis,"
