BELLA VISTA — Carl Thomas Vernon, 66, of Bella Vista died Jan. 9, 2002, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born April 19, 1935, in Danville, Ala., to James Carlus and Cora Ellen White Vernon. He moved to Bella Vista 10 years ago from Rogers. He was co-owner of AC Rebuilders in Rogers until his retirement.
Survivors include one daughter, Carol Richards of Bentonville; three sisters, Eloise Vernon, Merle Dean Kelsoe and Doris Stewart, all of Danville; two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bella Vista Funeral Home with Cal Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Bella Vista Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
