Melinda Jo Graham, 31, of Pea Ridge, died Sept. 11, 1995, at Northwest Medical Center.
She was born May 29, 1964, in Eureka, Kans., to Alvin Leo and Phyllis Ann Dillow Felkins. She graduated from Bentonville High School and was a member of the Women's Bowling League at Tiger Lanes in Bentonville. She worked for Wal-Mart Inc. for four years. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl Dillow, Leo Felkins and Ila Lois Felkins.
Survivors include her husband of Pea Ridge; two sons; her parents of Pea Ridge; two brothers; grandmother.
Service was Thursday, Sept. 14, at the Church of the Nazarene in Pea Ridge. Burial was in Buttrams Chapel Cemetery, Sisco Funeral home of Pea Ridge directing.
