Married Virgil G. Wilbur and they were the parents of one son and two daughters. Their marriage was dissolved by divorce a few years prior to her death.

Obituary
Wilma Jeanette Wilbur, 57, of Norfork passed away Friday, June 24, 2005, at her residence. A graveside service was held 2PM Sunday, June 26, at Galatia Cemetery, with Brother Jimmy Windland officiating. She was born to James Robert and Bonnie Ruth (Parnell) Hughes on May 22, 1948, in Norfork. She was a lifetime area resident and member of the Norfork Church of Christ, and retired from the Norfork Public School system in 2003 after serving 27 years. She enjoyed reading her Bible daily, and her granchildren were a joy to her. She is survived by her daughters, Jeanette (Mitchell) Denoe of Gassville and Alison Wilbur of Mt. Home; son, Jason of Midway; former husband Virgil Wilbur of Gassville; two nieces, two nephews and two granchildren. She was preceded in death by her father.
