Funeral services for Lena O. Foster will be held at 2PM tomorrow at the Galatia Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Larry Shipman will officiate. Interment will take place at the Galatia Cemetery.
Visitation is today from 9AM to 9PM at Roller Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 6-8PM
Mrs Foster, 73, liftetime resident of Norfork died Sunday at the Calico Rock Medical Center. She was a laundry worker. She was a volunteer for the Senior Citizens Center at Norfork and a member of the Galatia Assembly of God Church.
Born July 28, 1911, at Calico Rock, she was the daughter of the late Julia Ann Jennings Neel and Emanuel Baxter Neel. She and the late Ervin M. Foster were married June 15, 1929, at Calico Rock. She was also precdeded in death by three sons, two daughters, six brothers and one sister.
Survivors include four sons, Noel Foster of Norfork, Gene Foster of High the Hills, FL, Billy Ray Foster of Norfork and Bobby Foster of Goodwin; three daughters, Beatrice Corsey of Paradise, TX, Erma Teague of Calico Rock and Patsy Ann Hagen of Gramte, OK; three brothers Roe Neel of Rison, Bill Neel of Sheradan, WY and Edward Neel of Norfork; one sister Edna Cunningham of Mt. Home; 26 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
