Kelsey Byrd "Red" Yeager, 67, of Lowell, died Monday, July 11, 1994, at Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born June 10, 1927, at Idabel, Okla., the son of Claud L. and Irma Lee Byrd Yeager, he was a retired diesel mechanic with Ozark Kenworth. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.
Survivors are his wife, Velma George Yeager of the home; two sons, Billie Ray Yeager Sr., and Randy Lee Yeager, both of Lowell; a brother, Leonard Yeager of Cave Springs; three sisters, Dorothy Conway of Holliday, Texas, Wanda Pitts of Clifty and Eula Mae Lancaster of Springdale; eight grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
Service is 11 a.m. Thursday at Frisco Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Cecil Garrison officiating. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.

SPRINGDALE — Velma G. Yeager died Dec. 13, 2011, in Springdale, Ark. She was born in Springvalley, Ark., to Harvey and Effie Ann George.
She is survived by two sum Randy Yeager and Billy Yeager, both of Lowell, Ark.; nine grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
