MARSH, Ira - Ira Marsh, a well known resident of Sulphur Springs for 15 years, was killed recently at his farm near Noel, Mo. when he was kicked by a horse. Mr. Marsh was shoeing a horse when the animal reared suddenly, kicking him in the chest. He was thrown to the ground with such force that a blood vessel in his head was broken. He lived but a few hours afterwards. He was buried in the Butler Creek cemetery near Sulphur Springs. Mr. Marsh, with his brother, at one time ran a livery stable at Sulphur Springs. His widow and mother, Mrs. Ella Marsh, survive him.
