MAYSVILLE — Nola Katherine "Kay" Copeland Marsh, 75, of Maysville, Ark., died Oct. 7, 2012, at Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Ark. Born Dec. 2, 1936, in Temple, Texas, she was the daughter of Gus F. Copeland and Ruby Elizabeth Forrest Copeland.

She graduated from high school in San Antonio, Texas, and was in the band and proudly played a clarinet. She attended business college and married Riley Burl Marsh on Aug. 11, 1956, in San Antonio, Texas. Kay attended John Brown University and was employed at Decatur State Bank for 33 years. She was a very active member of the Baptist Church, and was a member of the Eastern Star and the Home Extension Club of Maysville, Ark., for many years. She was a representative of the AIB Board for Decatur State Bank for several years.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Riley B. Marsh of the home; daughters, Donna Katherine Wheeler and husband, Alan, of Boise, Idaho, and Karen Victoria Shook and husband, Wayne, of Maysville; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at the Missionary Baptist Church, Maysville, Ark. Burial will follow at Falling Springs Cemetery, near Decatur, Ark.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today, Oct. 10, 2012, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Ark.
