C.C. Polston
Christopher C. (Kit) Polston, 79, a retired farmer, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Rufus King, at Grubbs Sunday. He was born June 10, 1876, in Sharp County. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include four sons, Ozzie Polston, Ellis Polston, Bill Polston, Claude Polston, all of Manila; four daughters, Mrs. Rufus King of Grubbs, Miss Lucy Polston of Jonesboro, Mrs. B.R. Forrest of Mishawake, Ind., and Mrs. Leo Bailey of LaPorte, Ind.; three sisters, Mrs. J.L. Baker of Florida, Mrs. John Gates pf Hickory Grove and Mrs. Lawrence Sullivan of Cord; two brothers, Arthur Polston of California and Charley Polston of Norfork; 23 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
