CHEROKEE CITY PIONEER DEAD
Thomas Oaks Dickson age 66 years died Monday morning at his home near Cherokee City.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon with burial in the Dickson cemetery.
Mr. Dickson was the son of a pioneer family who located in western Benton County about 70 years ago. He was born near Cherokee City March 25, 1867. Besides his widow, Mrs. Martha Dickson, he is survived by five children: Barney of the home; Marion of Gentry; Mrs. Mary Cloud, Rocky Comfort, and Melvin and Babe, living in California.
