Husband of Bettie Rector Finley
Rev. Robert Lee Finley was a Baptist minister.
(This is a Woodmen of the World gravestone, but unlike the typical Woodmen of the World monument of that period of time, it does not have the log theme.)
The Baxter Bulletin
June 8, 1917
The funeral service of R.L. Finley who died at Norfork, was held at that place Monday afternoon. He has been in bad health for some time. He is survived by a wife and a daughter.
Rev. Finley was pastor of the Baptist Church here for some time, but about a year ago left this charge on account of ill health. He was a man that stood high in the estimation of the people and this county has lost a man whose life was spent in trying in all ways to make the world a better place to live in.
