Mrs. Minnie Maude Fletcher, 84, formerly of the Buffalo community, Route 2, Mt. Home, died Tuesday at the Boone County Hospital in Harrison. Mrs. Fletcher and her Husband, John S. Fletcher, had been residing in the Harrison Nursing Home.
Funeral service are scheduled for 2PM today (Thursday) at the Roller Chapel. Rev. Hugh May will officiate and interment will be in the Heiskill Cemetery, at Buffalo, under the direction of the Roller Funeral Home.
The daughter of Richard Haney and Mary Heiskill Haney, Mrs. Fletcher was born May 25, 1889, in the Cartney community, south of Mt. Home. Until moving to Harrison three years ago, she was a lifetime resident of Baxter County.
Survivors include her husband, of Harrison; three sons, Everett of Appleton City, MO, Clarence of Archie, MO, and Willard of Yakima, WA; six daughters, Mrs. Eva Lane of Okemah, OK, Mrs. Lois Bolding of Odessa, MO, Mrs. Irene Davis of Phoenix, AZ, Mrs. Grace Anderson of Savoy, TX, Mrs. Geneva Andersen of Harrisonville, MO and Mrs. Imogene Ply of Harrison; a brother, Webster Haney of Oologah, OK; 28 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren, Many nieces and nephews.
