Eler Anetta Hall

Eler Anetta Hall was born March 16, 1891 in Bonham, Texas and passed away at her home in Oxford, November 10, 1955 at the age of 64 years, 7 months and 28 days.

She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Leonard and was united with the church at the age of 16 years.

She was united in marriage to Burl Ernest Hall on November 2, 1907 in Greer County, Okla. and to this union nine children were born. Her husband and one child preceded her in death.

Survivors are eight children; three boys, Howard, Woodroe and Bill; five girls, Magalene Kerr, Madema Clark, Burl Morgan, Glynn Hill and Ruth Hall; her mother, Mrs. Mattie Leonard; two sisters, and one brother all of Oklahoma City; eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held Sunday, November 13, 1955 at 2 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Oxford, with Rev. Remmel Rowden, Oxford and Rev. Jack Hobby, Searcy officiating. Casket bearers were; Roby Southard, Noel Walker, Garland Morgan, Leslie Martin and Ernest Helm. Burial was in Oxford Cemetery.
