Euna Mae Hampton, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012 in Fort Smith.
She was born June 26, 1924 in Barling, Arkansas to the late M.D. Holland and Vera (Ethridge) Holland. She was 88 years old.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Otho "Al" Hampton; one sister, Hazel Stitsworth and two brothers, Leon Holland and Marvin Holland Sr.

Euna Mae was a homemaker. She was a graduate of Branch High School in Franklin County. She was a home room mother, Cub Scout leader, 4H leader, vice president of Ramsey Band Parents, was head of the kitchen for 12 years at First Baptist Church, member of the Senior Adult Church Choir, member of the Joy singers, member of the Seeker's Sunday School Class and member of First Baptist Church in Fort Smith for over 50 years.

Euna Mae was a great mother and a great cook. She was devoted to her church and family and will be missed.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thurday, October 25th at First Baptist Church in Fort Smith, with Rev. Mark Weaver officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

She is survived by two sons, Steve Hampton and wife Susan of Boerne, Texas and Jerry Hampton of Fort Smith; four grandsons, Ryan Hampton, Chad Hampton, Nick Hampton, and Trey Hampton; one great-granddaughter, Harley Hampton.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Hampton, Chad Hampton, Nick Hampton, Trey Hampton, Marvin Holland Jr., Larry Holland, Mike Stitsworth, and Jim Stitsworth.
