December 12, 1956 - February 11, 2021
Debra Kay Slaughter, 64, of El Dorado, AR passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021, at her home.
Debra was born December 12, 1956 in Crossett, AR to the union of William Jackson and Mary Jones Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Joshua David Slaughter and a grandson, Houston Slaughter.
Debra was a member of the El Dorado Church of God and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen “Steve” Slaughter, four sons, Allen Walthall, Larry Walthall, Brian Jackson and wife Angela, and Danny Slaughter and wife Heather, two sisters, Janice Evans and husband Michael, and Carolyn Reeves and husband Charles, four brothers, William “Bud” Jackson and wife Deanie, Robert Jackson, Walter Jackson and wife Darlene, and James Jackson, eleven grandchildren , one great granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2021at Bailey Funeral Home in El Dorado.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the Pate Cemetery with Rev. Eric Snyder officiating. Interment to follow under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR.
Pallbearers will be James Walthall, Larry Walthall, Christian Greer, Alan Walthall, Donnie Atchley, and Waylon Jackson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Lawrence and John Johnson.
