Marion Jean Andrews-Johnson, age 65, of Jacksonville, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on September 14, 2024. She was born to Mary Ella Brown and James Thomas on July 4, 1959.
Marion loved life and her family. Marion accepted Christ in her life early at Cephas Chapel. She graduated from Parkview High School. She was in the Parkview Band and was 1st chair flutist. She married and created a beautiful family. She loved being a wife and a mother. Marion started her career at the Department of Motor Fuel Tax at the age of 16 and retired with the company. She spent her time being a vital member of the church. At Cephas Chapel, she was a secretary and choir member. She showed her love for her community and generosity by helping organize charitable events for the community. Marion loved spending time with her family and friends.
Marion is survived by her mother Mary Ella Brown; husband Jeffery Johnson; sister Carol Williams; brother Timothy Brown; children Lori Andrews, Reginald Andrews Jr, Tiffany Andrews; bonus children Tika Johnson, Romona Singleton, Jeff Johnson Jr; grandchildren Tatyana Hansberry, Ariana Hansberry, James Wilson, Aden Andrews, Loren Grey, Brianna White; bonus grandchild Jeremy Singleton; grand-puppies Chandler and Jordan Andrews.
A Family-Hosted Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 11:00am at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church; 3801 Springer Blvd., Little Rock, AR. 72206.
