J.T. Carr, age 63, of Warren, AR, died Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. He was born April 3, 1954, in Warren, AR, a son of the late Travis Eugene Carr and Ruby Estelle Miller Carr. J.T. was a retired construction supervisor, an Assembly of God, and the widower of Debra Groves Carr who died September 17, 2011. They were united in marriage April 21, 1973.
Survivors are two daughters Amanda Carothers and spouse Jay of Lake Village, AR, Destiney Mann and spouse Justin of Warren, AR. Two grandchildren Jaylon Carothers and Bryce Cornish.
Graveside service was 1:30 p.m. Saturday, November 25, at Oakland Cemetery with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Arrangements were by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Michael Gardner, James Gardner, Steven Rawls, Chris Rawls, Jay Carothers, and Justin Mann.

Debra L. Groves Carr, age 52, of Warren, Ark. died Saturday, Sept 17, at her home. She was born January 27, 1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas, a daughter of Edith Mabry Groves, Warren, Ark. and the late Sherman Groves. She received her education in the Warren Public School System, was a housewife and a Pentecostal. She loved to fish, camp, cook, go to the beach and spend time with her grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband, J. T. Carr whom she married on April 21, 1973; 2 daughters, Amanda Carothers and husband Jay, Lake Village, Ark. and Destiney Mann and husband Justin, Warren, Ark; 2 sisters Nancy Westerbuhr and husband James, Warren, Ark. and Cynthia Pacheco and husband Adrian, Warren, Ark; 2 grandchildren Jaylon Carothers, Lake Village, Ark. and Bryce Cornish, Warren, Ark.

Graveside services were 10:00am Tuesday, September 20, at Oakland Cemetery with Rev. Dell Carr and Alexis Pacheco officiating. Active pallbearers were Jim Gardner, Adrian Pacheco, Brandon Swearengin, James Westerbuhr, Michael Westerbuhr and Adrian D. Pacheco.
