Katherine Lynn Whitehorn Shirley, 71, passed away August 6, 2024. Kathy was born September 26, 1952 in New Albany, Mississippi to Eva Mae Kiddy and Lenford Taylor Whitehorn. Kathy was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She lived most of her adult life in Arkansas.
Survivors include a daughter, Debra Favell of Conway, AR and a son John Favell of Jacksonville, AR; a sister Jamie Hopper, and two brothers Mike Harwood and Dale Harwood, all of the Little Rock area; several grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Audie Shirley; parents, Eva Harwood, Taylor Whitehorn; her stepfather James Allen Harwood; a brother Ricky Whitehorn; a sister Martha Whitehorn Green and her beloved canine friend of many years Booga.
No services are planned as per her wishes.
