Glendyl Montez Bryant, loving mother of 2 & dearly loved grandmother of 6 passed from this earth on November 14, 2022. Montez was born April 6, 1940 in Banks Arkansas.

She was a devout Christian & loyal servant of God. After marrying her husband, Leland Bryant, of 45 years they joined Macedonia Baptist Church where she was a member for 49 years served as choir director for 45 of those years. After the passing of her husband, she relocated to El Dorado, Arkansas & moved her letter to Ebenezer Baptist Church of El Dorado.

Montez was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey &, Arnette St John a step father, Paul Martin, a brother, Ronnie St John & her loving husband Leland Bryant.

Survivors include a son, Heath Bryant & his wife Shelli, a daughter, Leanne Howard & her husband Cliff & 6 grandchildren who were the joy of her life, Sarah Ashley Rutherford (Marcus), Gregory Bryant (Paige), Preston Howard, Peyton Howard, Elizabeth Bryant & Greyson Bryant, a sister, Donna Haygood & her husband Bob along with a host of other family & friends.

Funeral service was held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Burial was in Moseley Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s association; alz.org. (Frazer Funeral Home - Warren, Arkansas)
