Jean Barnett Kelley, 80, of Farmerville, LA, and formerly of Bastrop, LA, passed away Friday, August 23, 2013 at the Farmerville Nursing Home. She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church.

She was born July 2, 1933 in Hamburg, AR, to Alfie and Lucy Doss Barnett. She is survived by her daughter, Camille and her spouse Dusty Gates; two grandchildren, Kelley Gates, Morgan and spouse Kyle Lowery; two great grandchildren, Sadie and Ella Lowery, all of Farmerville, LA; one brother, Lester Barnett of Cabot, AR; one sister, Lois Barnett Keith of North Little Rock, AR; and many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Charles Morgan "Jr." Kelley; four brothers, Floyd, Roy, R.T., and Dean; and five sisters, Viola Sanders, Dorothy Stump, Lera Godfrey, Vera Durham, and Barbara Woods.

Visitation will be at Golden Funeral Home, Saturday, August 24, 2013 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and graveside services to be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Promise Land Cemetery in Hamburg, AR.

Memorials may be made to the Promise Land Cemetery in care of Joan Sullivan, 318 Ashley 131, Hamburg, AR 71646.
