Miss Frances Higginbotham, 87, of Hamburg, died Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at the Pinewood Health and Rehabilitation Center in Crossett. Miss Higginbotham was a native of Hamburg and a resident of Ashley County for most of her life. She loved gospel music and singing.
She is preceded in death by her father, Louie Higginbotham, her mother, Clara Sivils Higginbotham and her grandmother that raised her, Ella Drapier Sivils Thompson.
She is survived by many cousins.
Graveside funeral services and burial will be 2 p.m., Thursday, November 4, 2010 in the Promise Land Cemetery with Rev. Charles Pullin officiating.
