Burnell Henry, age 77, of Beebe, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 11, 2023. She was born in Opal, Arkansas on December 25, 1945 to Troy Bailey and Veneda Bates.
Burnell is preceded in death by her father Troy Bailey; her mother Veneda Holtrop; stepfather Bill Holtrop; stepmother Effie May Bailey; siblings Larry Bailey, Gary Bailey, Tina Cullins, Terry Bailey, Ronnie Bailey, Pat Byrd, Velma Topham, Rose Shipman and Mary Johnson; and her sons Rex Boudreaux and Ronald White.
She is survived by her children Donna Starkey (James) and Joseph Boudreaux (Amy); 9 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; siblings Benny Bailey, Ricky Bailey, Carol Gunter, and Steven Bailey; along with many more friends and extended family.
