April 11, 1921 - January 16, 2005
Lester Ray Bell, 83, of Fort Smith died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2005, in a local hospital. He was born April 11, 1921, in Hackett.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, a retired supervisor at Whirlpool and a charter member of Masonic Lodge No. 762, where he served as secretary for 15 years.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia "Pat" Grayston Bell of the home; a daughter, Cheryl Bell of Elkins; a stepdaughter, Adele Hagedorn of Fort Smith; a stepson, Gary Grayston of Palm Bay, Fla.; a sister, Wanda Elkins of Bloomer; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by one stepson, Bob Graystone.
Masonic service will be 1:30 p.m. today at Woodlawn Memorial Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith.
