Daughter of Sherman A and Ada May Carter Ross
Shirley C. Ross, 49, of Fort Smith died Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at a local hospital. She was a former employee of Baldor Electric Co. and a member of Bluff Avenue Baptist Church and the Scottish Club of Fort Smith. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith. She is survived by her mother, Ida Ross of Fort Smith; a sister, Sharon Witten of Big Cabin, Okla; and a brother, Paul Ross of Fort Smith.
