March 27, 1881 - November 9, 1922
Camden, Nov. 11 - Mrs. Della Hughes, wife of J. C. Hughes, a prominent Ouachita county farmer, died at her home south of Camden. Burial occurred Friday afternoon. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Carter, and her husband and seven children, the youngest of whom is a six-day-old baby. (Arkansas Democrat - November 11, 1922)
