Beatrice Christie Andrews, 88 of Camden, AR, formerly of Chidester, AR passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013 at the Pine Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Camden.
Beatrice was born February 17, 1925 in Wesson, AR to the late James Milton and Addie Lewis Christie. She was a homemaker and a member of the Buena Vista United Methodist Church and former member of the Eastern Star and DAR. Beatrice loved to play cards and enjoyed fishing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Romie Benjamin Andrews, five sisters, and four brothers.
She is survived by her sons Benny Andrews and wife Glenda of Chidester, Bill Andrews of Sparkman and Tom Andrews and wife Mary of Stephens; sister Catherine Arrington of Camden; ten grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 16th at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cedric Walters officiating. Burial will follow at the Antioch East Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Andrews, Jeff Hunter, Jared Hunter, Joshua Jones, Jason Thomas, and Matthew Sherman.
