Mar 14, 1987 - Apr 2, 2022
Robin Powell was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 14, 1987, and passed away just after midnight on April 2, 2022, from complications after surgery to repair a genetic heart condition.
Robin lived a joyful and beautiful 35 years. A forthright woman with a great sense of humor and infectious laugh, she was cherished by her family and her many dear friends. Her husband, Jordan, adored her and together they taught their son, Everett, that faith and relationships matter most in this life. Jordan and Robin had a particularly special relationship spanning decades within their amazingly tight-knit group of friends.
Robin was confident and self-sufficient, a proud and loving mother, a beloved daughter and wife, her sister’s closest friend, a caring aunt, an empathetic confidant, and a thoughtful listener with a wit quick enough to mask her truly sensitive nature from those who didn't know her well. She was the type of person everyone wanted to be friends with and the life of every party. Her smile never failed to light up the room.
Robin is survived by her husband, Jordan Powell; son, Everett Powell; parents: Mark and Lisa Trimble; siblings: Justin Trimble(Marcy) and Stephanie Allbritton(John); her niece and nephews: Annabelle Allbritton, Knox Allbritton, and Lochlan Trimble; her in-laws: Vince and Karen Powell; brother in law, Tyler Powell; as well as an extremely close group of best friends considered family. She was preceded in death by her sister, Christy Trimble as well as her maternal grandparents; Francis "Frank" and Johnette Bailey.
A Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Bishop Francis Malone, will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church on Thursday April 7, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. followed by burial in the church columbarium. Memorials can be made to Christ the King Catholic School. Arrangements are under the direction of RuebelFuneralHome.com
