Faye E. McEachern, 90, of Magnolia, AR passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 at the Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, TX.
Faye was born on January 9, 1928 in Gurdon, AR to the late William and Bessie Pearl (Jones) Ogle. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of McNeil and was a sunday school teacher at the New Hope Baptist Church in McNeil. She worked for many years as a quilter for Capital City Sewing.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents; son Danny Honey; daughter Leanne Rasberry; grandson Dan Dowling; and siblings, Charles Ogle, Billy Ogle, and Sammy Ogle.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Doss and wife Annette of Waldo, AR and Doug McEachern and wife Brenda of Shreveport, LA; daughter Brenda Dowling and husband Leroy of McNeil, AR; grandchildren, Kayla Doss of Louisiana, Carrie Christenson and husband Mark of Taylor, AR, Lindsey Rasberry of Searcy, AR, Matthew McEachern and wife Rachel of Charleston, VA, and Meredith Piper and husband Douglas of Greenville, SC; great grandchildren, Rayelyn Johnson and Jayeden Johnson of Homer, LA, Kannon Herring of Athens, LA, Dante Christenson and Falon Christenson of Taylor, AR; Katie Wiley and Miles Rasberry of Searcy, AR; son in law Ronald Rasberry of El Dorado, AR; special nephews and nieces Pam Graham of Spearsville, LA, Billy C. Ogle of Magnolia, AR, and Jimmy Ogle of McNeil, AR; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the New Hope Cemetery with Bro. Danny Bullock officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
