Helen Edith Sheffield Porter, 81, of Fort Smith, Arkansas died Friday October 22, 1999 in her home. She was a retired assembly line worker from Whirlpool and a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Monday in Edwards Van-Alma Chapel with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, Arkansas.
She is survived by her husband, two daughters, two sisters, five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
