*When George Caswell Hobbs was born on December 14, 1889, his father, William, was 40 and his mother, Almira, was 21. He married Bertha Louisa Hill on December 2, 1917. They had nine children in 11 years. He died on June 25, 1970, in Kensett, Arkansas, at the age of 80, and was buried in Rose Bud, Arkansas.
When Bertha Louisa Hill was born on March 31, 1892, in Arkansas, her father, Jasper, was 26, and her mother, Letsie, was 22. She married George Caswell Hobbs on December 2, 1917. They had nine children in 11 years. She died on December 17, 1978, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 86, and was buried in Rose Bud, Arkansas.
