*When John Thomas Walter was born on August 7, 1880, in Faulkner, Arkansas, his father, Jeremiah, was 39 and his mother, Sarah, was 23. He married Lillie Bell Winter on November 18, 1900, in Cleburne, Arkansas. They had eight children in 19 years. He died on November 12, 1964, in White, Arkansas, at the age of 84, and was buried in Rose Bud, Arkansas.
When Lillie Bell Winter was born on June 24, 1883, in Faulkner, Arkansas, her father, Jesse, was 24, and her mother, Martha, was 25. She married John Thomas Walter on November 18, 1900, in Cleburne, Arkansas. They had eight children in 19 years. She died on August 25, 1960, in Kensett, Arkansas, at the age of 77.
