Brada “Carolyn” Carelock,64 passed away Saturday October 1, 2016 at her home. She was born July 23, 1952 to Nolan and Marjorie Clark Williams. Carolyn was a member of Bethel Chapel Assembly of God. She worked as a CNA at Oak Ridge Nursing Home for many years and truly enjoyed taking care of people. When she retired she filled her need to give by taking care of all animals, wild or tame, from hummingbirds to turkeys. She especially loved her canine companions and considered them family.

She is preceded by her parents and her daughter Melissa Ann Primm. Also preceding her are two sisters Gwendolyn Bass Blake and Nolene Benson. She is survived by her devoted husband of seventeen years, who she loved with all of her heart, Rusty Carelock. Also her beloved son Denny Primm and Grandson Stormey Primm and his wife Sara, she will be greatly missed by her pride and joy, her great-granddaughter Hadley Primm. Also surviving her are her sisters and brother; Penny Qualls and Marjorie “Bitsy” Chitwood and Brother David Williams of Sheridan.

Visitation will be held Tuesday 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm at Young’s Funeral Directors. Services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Chapel with Don Travis officiating. Burial will follow at Old Parkers chapel cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
