Marilyn Ann Taylor, 64, of Searcy passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014. She was born April 2, 1950 to the late Albert and Emilene Lucas Byerley in Georgetown, Arkansas.

Marilyn was the best momma a child could ask for. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She was loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Carl Taylor; one son, Carl Taylor Jr. (Tabitha) of Kensett; two daughters, Cindy Taylor of McRae, and Jennifer Tapp (Sam) of Savannah, Tennessee; two brothers, Albert Floyd Byerley of Little Rock, and Timothy Byerley of Searcy; three sisters, Alice Myers of Higginson, Karen Baker of Griffithville, and Yvonne Shoffner of Higginson; four grandchildren, Jamie Mitchell, Juleene Mitchell, Mackenzie Taylor, and Remington Taylor; and three great grandchildren, Dylon Rainey, Zander Rainey, and Elijah Johnston.

Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.

A Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 22, 2014 at Nelson Cemetery in Georgetown.


All funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
