Hazel Ruth Osborne, 88, of Searcy, Arkansas passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021. She was born September 19, 1933 in Searcy to Millard Maddock and Alta Rose English Maddock. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Burnice Osborne, son, Tim Osborne, granddaughter, Mykila Donaldson, and all of her siblings.
Hazel is survived by her children, Wanyoka Dixon, Kyle Osborne (Nora), and Sandra Cox (James); grandchildren, Lynn Betts, Adam Cox, Ryan Osborne, Kara Osborne, Kymberlee Cox, Jason Osborne, Christina Thomas, and Jacob Dixon; numerous great-grandchildren; and many friends and family.
A memorial visitation celebrating Hazel's life will be held at Powell Funeral Home in Searcy on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
