On Sunday October 4, 2020 , The Lord called Brother Willie Mac Ellis home to rest. Mac was born to Willie and Earnestine Ellis on November 12, 1954 in Camden, Arkansas.

Willie Mac accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Whitest Chapel and later became a member of New Haven Baptist Church, where he remained a member until his death. He was a graduate of Fairview High Class of 1974. He went to work for Ensco which is now Clean Harbors in 1997 and remained employed until his health failed him in 2018 causing him to retire early. He was a loving Father and Grandfather life of the party never a dull a moment when he was around.


Mac was preceded in death by his wife Debra Annette Ellis his father Willie Troy Ellis; mother Earnestine Ellis and three brothers Rickey, Mark and Donald Ray Ellis a great niece Za'Kiyah Marks.

He leaves to mourn his daughters, Shonekia Dennis(Frederick) and Whitney Ellis both of Camden Arkansas. Two special daughters, Nikita Marks and Adriana Renix; Grand-children Darrien Ellis, Kamari Bonet, Ahmad Murphy and Carter Dennis; special grandchildren Mariah Norful and Amarii Marks, Zai, Zabby and Zoey. Sisters, Harriett Ellis, Bridgette Butler(Kevin) and Victoria(Henry)Renix all of Atlanta, GA. A special aunt, Bobbie Torrance of Camden, Arkansas. A host of nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts and In laws.
