When Ruth Maxine Busbea - Beville was born on December 10, 1919, her father, Jesse, was 37, and her mother, Dulcie, was 32. She married Wayne Bevill on May 23, 1936, in White, Arkansas. They had one child during their marriage. She died on March 31, 1999, in Beebe, Arkansas, at the age of 79, and was buried there.
