Viola (Vi) DeWitt Miller, age 79, of Jacksonville, went to be with The Lord on March 31, 2017. She was born December 19, 1937, in San Antonio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents Margarito and Zulema Galvan.
Vi was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved with all of her heart and will be deeply missed by her husband, Bobby Joe Miller; her sons, Daniel J. Miller, David C. Miller, Tommy O. Miller, and Donald A. Miller (wife, Debbie); daughter, Susan M. Miller; and a multitude of grandchildren. Viola was fond of cooking, spending time boating and camping at Greers Ferry Lake, playing video games and doing whatever she could to help her family. Her favorite song was “For the Good Times.”
A private service and celebration of Vi’s life was held on April 1, 2017, at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home & Crematory (501) 982-2136
