Annie Funderburk, age 81, of Kirby, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020.

She was born on October 5, 1939, in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, the daughter of Elma Smith and Mary Lizzie Gann Smith. On July 3, 1959, she was married to Billy Wayne Funderburk. She was preceded in death by her son, Robbie Funderburk; her parents; three brothers, Odell Smith, Delmer Smith and Elmer Smith; and two sisters, Lavanda Golden and Cordelia Clements.

She was a member of the Kirby Church of Christ. Annie loved being with her family, especially her kids and grandkids. She enjoyed camping, fishing, quilting and traveling.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Billy Funderburk; her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Billy Cogburn; her son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Jan Funderburk; her daughter-in-law, Karen Funderburk, all of Kirby; six grandchildren and their spouses, Katie and Jon Neal, Cody and Kayla Funderburk, Jessica and James Pinkerton and Dan and Heather Funderburk, all of Kirby, Molly and Blake Angel of Hot Springs and Becky and Cody Stearman of Texarkana, Texas; eight great-grandchildren, Case, Grant, Mazie, Ollie, Ella, Cain, Coy and Luke; her sister, Euna Fae Spears of Amity; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 30, 2020, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood, with Bill Golden and Pete Pedron officiating.

Interment will be in Bear Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dan Funderburk, Cody Funderburk, Cody Stearman, Blake Angel, James Pinkerton and Jon Neal.

Memorials may be made to the Bear Creek Cemetery Association, PO Box 201, Kirby, Arkansas 71950.
