October 6, 1899 - December 21, 1969
W. J. (Wink) Bryant, 70, of Bearden, died Sunday morning in a local hospital. He was a retired carpenter, a Baptist and a veteran of WWII. Mr. Bryant is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Jordan of Holly Springs, Mrs. Myrtle Brazeale of Smackover and Mrs. Ocie Christie of Camden; four brothers, A. J. Bryant, Henry and S. L. Bryant, all of Harmony Grove and Walter Bryant of Camden. Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at Proctor's Chapel was in Moss Cemetery at Bearden. (Camden News - December 22, 1969)
