LOWELL — Mrs. Shenia Kay Robinson, age 53, of Lowell, went to be in the presence of the Lord on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, surrounded by her family and friends. She was born on Dec. 21, 1957, in Springdale, Ark., to parents Eddie and Jerol Dean Wilson.
She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
She was very plain-spoken and did not mind telling what she thought about whatever was being discussed.
She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Wilson; mother, Jerol Dean Goates; grandparents, Robert and Mable Douthit and Wallace and Annie Wilson; and a grandson, Hayden Lynn Ratliff.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Wayne Robinson of Lowell; daughters, Brenda Sudduth and companion, Joe Holliday, of Lowell, and Linda Ratliff and husband, Toby, of Mildred, Texas; sons, Jerry Robinson and wife, Meshell, of Springdale, and Zachary Robinson and companion, Kaylynn Oldham, of Lowell; grandsons, Dexter and Ely Sudduth and Joey Holliday of Lowell; granddaughters, Madison Ratliff of Mildred, Texas, and Elisabeth Robinson of Springdale; sisters, Roberta Bewley and husband, Larry, of Rogers, Jeannie Austin of Lowell, Jean Lawson and husband, John, of Alma, Letha Faye Ataberry of Fort Smith and Shelia Smith and husband, Jody, of Elm Springs; brothers, Wyatt Wilson of Springdale, Rod Wilson and wife, Tamara, of Springdale and Curtis Wilson of Springdale; uncle, Kenneth Douthit and wife, Anttie, of Avoca; aunts, Judy Carter and husband, Joe, of Rogers, Letha Beaty and husband, Gary, of Franklin, Tenn., and Erma Nelson and husband, Walt, of Naples, Fla.; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a big host of very close friends.
Visitation with the family will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Oct. 18, 2011, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011, at Friendship Cemetery, with the Rev. Euel Bilderback officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Cemetery.
