Mrs. D. W. Burton, 79, of 441 Hurley St., died Sunday in a local hospital. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Proctor Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home. Mrs. Burton was the widow of the late Doc W. Burton and was a member of the Eastern Star. She was also a member of the Fairview United Methodist Church. Survivors include two sons, Doyle Burton of Little Rock and Bob Burton of Pine Bluff; four daughters, Mrs. Dan Johnston of Springhill, La., Mrs. H. R. Griffis, Mrs. V. C. Mullins, Jr., and Mrs. Richard Bradshaw, all of Camden; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. today.
