Funeral services for Curtis Clifton KEATON, 73, of Van Buren, Ark., were held at 10 a.m. on Monday at the God's Harvest Pentecostal Church of Alma in Alma, Ark., with the Rev. Charles Rogers officiating. Burial was in Rankin Cemetery in Ozark, Ark., under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.He was born on Sept. 21, 1930, in Morris, to James Francis KEATON and Allie Emily (SHORE) KEATON. He died on Thursday, July 15, 2004, in a Fort Smith, Ark. hospital. Survivors include his wife, Rose HOLT KEATON of Van Buren; four daughters, Nelda, Cheri, Mary and Diana; three sons, James, Robert and Alvin; 25 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; one brother, Clifford.

Rose Lou Keaton, 86, of Fort Smith, Arkansas died Thursday, October 10, 2019 in Fort Smith. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She was born June 27, 1933 in Knoxville, Arkansas to Chester and Nettie Hays Holt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Keaton; two daughters, Mary Woods and Freida Fisher; a grandson, Gabrial Woods; a daughter in law, Barbara Isham; and a son in law, Larry Powers.
Rose is survived by a son, Tracy Isham of Braggs, Oklahoma; a daughter, Diana Powers of Roland, Oklahoma; fifteen grandchildren; thirty seven great grandchildren; and twenty five great-great grandchildren.
Family will visit with friends from 2:00 until 4:00 PM Sunday October 13th at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel, 2315 West Commercial St. in Ozark.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, October 14, 2019 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Cletus Jones officiating and burial at Rankin Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers are Tracy Isham, Jr., Jeffery Isham, Brandon Willis, Billy Woods, Shannon Fisher, and Kevin Pritchard.
