Joe S. Butler, 84 of Searcy died November 9, 2009 at White County Medical Center.
He was born May 10, 1925 to the late Bob and Trudie Butler.
He was also preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Wanda Lawson Butler; a sister, Ruby West; three brothers, Roy Butler, Brink Butler, and Sloke Butler.
He is survived by two children, Bob Butler and Terry Curry; four grandchildren, Kristi Curry Rogers, Tonya Fitzgerald, Jamie Emerson, Stephan Curry; eight grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Entombment was in the Mausoleum at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
