David Richard Voyles first marriage was in 1906 to Edna (Newman) Voyles, (1889-1917). They had five children; Edna is buried at Palestine Cemetery in Independence County, as is their small son, Joey (1914-1916).
David Richard Voyles and Laura Ethel (Adams) Voyles had four children.
