When CHARLIE DANIEL DUKE was born on December 24, 1900, in Faulkner Township, Arkansas, his father, JAMES, was 37 and his mother, HATTIE, was 32. He had three brothers and seven sisters. He died as a teenager on June 20, 1915, in his hometown, and was buried in Mayflower, Arkansas.
