Marilyn Steele, 42, of Van Buren, Arkansas died Saturday, November 15, 2008, in a local hospital. She was born January 19, 1966, in Alma, Oklahoma. She graduated from Alma High School in 1984; she was a little sister of Kappa Sig and a member of First Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Steele. She is survived by daughters, Jaclyn Jade Steele of Van Buren, Arkansas and Diamond Loren Steele of Van Buren; mother Joyce Sills of Van Buren; sister, Rhonda Kay Kilgore of Alma; one brother, Jimmy Steele of Chester, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were Johnny Dale Johnson, Ricky Goff, Damon Steele, Donny Kilgore, Rick Latham, Danny Maestri and Rick Maestri.
