Mrs Hilda Knight, age 90, of Franklin, Tennessee, formerly of Alma, Arkansas died Sunday, January 11, 2015, in her home. Hilda was born May 6, 1924 to William and Viola Ada Starbird Farris. She was the retired president of Commercial Bank in Alma, a member of Alma Church of Christ, and the widow of Willis Ray “Bill” Knight.
She is survived by son James R “Jim” Knight and wife Judy of Franklin, Tennessee; brother W S “Bill” Farris of West Lafayette, Indiana; grand children, Jimmy Knight and wife Jill and Janna Knight, both of Germantown, Tennessee and Jennifer Ranes and husband James of Warner-Robbins, Georgia; and great-grandchildren, Jamie and Jordan Knight, Mikey and Brayden Lunati and Juliana and Gabrielle Ranes.
