Lucas Ross Sullivan, a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away October 28, 2016. He was born August 17, 2016 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, the son of Molly Dawn Sullivan.
Lucas is survived by his mother Molly Sullivan; two brothers Jace Oaks and Carson Oaks both of Decatur, Arkansas; his grandparents Misty Dawn Phillips of Prairie Grove; his great grandparents William and Joyce Severson of Prairie Grove; his uncle Matthew Phillips and his aunt Matilda Sullivan both of Prairie Grove.
Funeral service will be held Friday November 4, 2016 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held.
